Stigma around mental health

Apparently 1 in 5 people suffer from mental health conditions, one of them is me. I suffer from an anxiety disorder. How many people do you personally know in your real life?

Everyone I know has some sort of mental health issue.

We all are, we just humans. Social media is a major factor in this topic. Not just that though, some people are just "Not all there" but we try our best to help them
