What is this?

I was just looking and when i use 6 PD infantry's to attack 5 militia they always win,but when i use 6 Blitz infantry's they don't win always.So can you tell me what is happening? It look's like defence is also counting in attack i mean when you attack neutral they also counter attack you so this -1 defence in blitzkrieg must effect this right?

It's just the opdness of PD coming into effect. I've often noticed this too, with blitz units not attacking as heavily as they should, and PD inf always taking things. Recently I sent 8 blitz tanks against 8 inf, and lost by 2 units, and have also won a battle attacking 8 inf with 11 pd inf, something that should be so lucky it's practically impossible.
Why? I have no idea.
But the facts are unequivocal (or would be if I had taken screenshots)

It's pretty obvious that although blitz might attack heavily and cause carnage, one good bad roll and the attack stats of those milita starts to negate how heavily your tanks attack.

At the end of the day, whether your stats are superior or not, it gets left up to the rolls really whether you succeed or not. So I suppose it depends
Are you really losing because of "PD OPness" or is it that you encountered ugly rolls?

Maybe you get bad rolls. I don't fail more with blitz, mos, none or whatever my strat is.
The only fact I believe is true, is that big stacks are better. Try making tests, I have even got 1:1 ratio against PD infs (using infs lol)

yes ive noticed this too, i wonder it is something along the lines of double the attacking units than defending units = +1 attack, and vice versa if double the defending units. triple = +2attack etc, or maybe hp

but yea theres definitely a big difference in losses if you hit with bare minimum troops or go way overkill

@op, this just sounds like another anti pd conspiracy theory, ill have to echoe alex in that ive noticed no difference in the effectiveness of my pd inf and blitz inf on attack. you can double check stats and see they are both still at 4 attack

Nah I'm still trying to figure out what is happening but this bad roll or critical chance can screw your game.I just attacked 5 militia and when neutral counter attack they defeated 2 of my infantry's instead of just 1 so i think it's the best to buy lucky upgrades may help.

Yeah, lucky upgrades are not that bad. They do help. I got every lucky upgrade including the general one, and when I Stack and Rush I get pretty good ratios
