Reverse refunding upgrades

Prices of some upgrades got up over the time, and when we were buying those upgrades they were cheaper. Now when you refunded all upgrades we can't buy all upgrades we had. I succeeded in buying only half of upgrades that i had before. It is not fair to players that are playing this game for months

Is for the game balance, is not fair with the new users that you have cheaper upgrades than they.

You are not considering that every player is paying the same prices.

You actually have a very nice advantage here because you can select which upgrades are the most important out of a complete list, whereas newer players are still going to only see a partial list.
