Do all mods have the same responsibilities? Or are mods subject to certain things?

All of the moderators have same base of responsibilities (few examples: muting/banning/editing or deleting in forum)
But, certain older moderators have more responsibilities than newer ones or the rest of older ones. (just one example: changing players nickname)

There was a thread written by Stryko with all moderator's responsibilities, I can't find it atm

What do you mean changing players nickname? If it was inappropriate or something?

They have certain limits depending who you are.

If you are serbian,you get stealed account and then nicname,if you are tito,tito just needs to tell"gimme that account"and they are running to give it to him.
