Is general: rally the troops bugged

I've noticed that when i was testing france and spain rushes on italy with wheelo, sometimes i could get 20 inf 19 tanks and gen into italy, while sometimes i could only get 19 inf 19 tanks and gen in there.

Also, I've seen my reinf in paris/london/anywhere else go up by 1 on t1 occassionally.

This effect is noticeably clear when i'm doing my austria hungary expansion as turk, since it uses up all my reinf in there. Occassionally I've been forced to wall istan bursa with a very uncomfortable chained unit from samsun, but sometime i could wall it comfortably with my 4 inf from ankara

Anyone else noticed this?


P.S. I used all my mainland spain reinf in all cases

It depends on what country opponent picks

Ok I re-need help

As far as I was aware the max reinf count from countries was 8, but instead i've gotten 9 troops t1. This is happening only where my gen is, not in istanbul/izmir

Has happened to me before, im non premium. Got 5 reinfs t1 in munich before, I'll screenshot next time it happens.

That could be due to reinforcement bonus

Oh rip, idk about that upgrade being bugged.

It's working correctly.

Only your general's city gets the plus one bonus. If you move General to Izmir, Izmir should get 9 and Ankara will drop to 8 (assuming you buy no units, and no random reinforcement increase happens).

I'm not really sure about this because this is turn 1, with no reinf bonus

Ss? In the one you gave it shows Ankara reinforcement production at 9, where your general is.
Ankara is usually 8, so it seems to work alright.
