Why are high ranks deliberately ruining low rank games?

This is a phenomenon I have been noticing recently over the past few weeks and its been extremely disappointing. I keep seeing high ranks. (12+) Deliberately joining games that they have no intention of playing just because they hate the map/hate the fact that lower ranks are playing it. Generally speaking this usually RP maps or Scenario maps that don't have teams. I don't understand why this is happening? If you don't want to play the map then don't play it? Let other people enjoy the map and don't ruin it for them. It takes upwards of 30-60 minutes to fill a lobby in most games. I'm not trying to say that everyone does this but I've even seen Supporter ranks doing this and its really killing the community imo. Curious to see what everyone else thinks

when nothing else is up my duty is to hunt down the high ranks in low rank games to balanceeeeeeeeeeeeee

it is ones duty to bring balance to the force

Thats not what I meant though lol. Thats fine, but I mean more like joining a game. Then leaving said game 1-2 turns in just to spite the lower ranks.

And why they dont put limit rank?

I noticed this too, I've only really seen toku and ed do it, and ed is banned I think for now, and toku is just toku

Just ban this people.

Forge an low rank alliance against the high ranks, your numbers will bring about victory since its rp maps with retarded units states

From what I can tell the range of which people playing these games tends to vary from 5-13 so excluding upper ranks would be kind of difficult.
