How do i pressure an opponent?

Title says it all

Keep breaking walls,take his cities and make him worry about countries/cities he has that will make him go defend them so technically you buy yourself another turn to hold and making him delay his own pressure.

That's the most of it actually.Just break walls,don't let him reform them and take cities.
