That upgrade gives every your sea transport +3 BI

What does safer transportation does

It gives you +3hp. What does this mean? It means that it takes 3 more hit points (hp) to kill your transports.

This is how battles are played:

2 infantry attack 1 infantry (attck is 4 defense is 6 without upgrades and have 7hp)

The attackuing infantry get a "roll" since their attack is a 4 they can roll a 1 2 3 or 4. If they roll a 3, the defending infantry loses 3 hp. The defending infantry can roll a 1 2 3 4 5 or 6. So if it rolls a 5 one attacking infantry loses 5 hp and so on. When a unit loses all of its hp it dies.

By getting +3 hp now a transport has I believe 10hp so it can last longer
