More hp to transport while DS

Hey guys i have a question !
I can buy safer transport (+3HP for transports) in ameliorations, if i use it while my strategy is DS Does my heli have +3HP ? (They have +1 capacity while DS so are they transport unit ?

No it doesnt, that upgrade is for naval and air transports. Although helis transport units (marines) that upgrade does not apply to it.

No it doesnt, that upgrade is for naval transports.

Thought it applied to air transports too?

It is for ground transports too, I checked.
