Why is Turkey so fast in a Europe Game and Money + Upgrades?

I'm new and addicted, but I came across a player with nuke tipped missiles. I could not save my Turkey Capital for the life of me! So I have bought upgrades and I purchased Stealth fighters, but I don't see it in my list to choose too use it in the pull down menu for military hardware in the game. Also is it really strategy or do some guys upgrades make him move faster like blitzkrieg I want to get that with my next sp upgrades.

Additionally, what is the best Strategy read here overall someone reply with a link plz.

If you mean 10k europe then blitz is kinda useless, use imp and spam inf, there are some tutorials in the forums you can watch.
