Expected behavior
The unit's damage should be decided with a roll between that unit's max and min attack
Actual behavior
When a unit has more than 16 atk, it just skips the roll. It just gives half the max.attack value.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Attack somewhere with a unit that has more than 16 atk, check the rolls.

Browser: Firefox
Browser version: 90.0 (64 bit)
OS: Windows 10

I heard that this bug is known by some players but it wasn't reported until now afaik. I also heard this behavior happens %99 of the time and it's just random %1 of the time

Rolls, it's always 75. Well with critical it's still 150+
