[OPEN] Ground commanders giving Air bonuses

Expected behavior
Creating a ground commander should give bonuses to ground units.

Actual behavior
When I create a ground commander unit, it gives bonuses to air units (or is it just display?)

Steps to reproduce the behavior
Use SL map editor and create a simple ground commander unit in a map.
Then start a game with that map, mouse over the ground commander unit in the field, click on "Stack bonus" to expand the description of the bonuses, and you sill see the bonus being given to air units.

Information:
Browser: Used IE to create the map in SL editor, but the air unit bonuses are given in any browser

Browser version: IE 11.437

OS: Windows 10
