Banlist Issues.

Currently the banlist blocks players from joining games by the host who uses it and it also prevents them from spectating the game. The latter aspect of this feature is uneccessary and is being abused.

The host already has the ability to ignore players and for those random instances where the ignore button doesnt work, they can turn off gamechat. They should not have the ability to prevent the ignored player from spectating the game, especially in the case of large teamgames/ffas or cws.

In my case i have been banlisted by the host of another clan even though i havent put a foot out of line in any of his games. It's completely out of spite, especially since he now insists on hosting cws vs other clans purely so me and my clanmembers are unable to spectate.

I propose the banlist be adjusted so it simply blocks the offending player from joining the hosts' games, or at least do this just for clan wars.
