Heavy Stuttering and Crash

I've gone through several Silverlight installs and it hasn't cleared up this particular problem:

It started two or so days ago, before then everything had been smooth sailing. When I booted up AtWar in the browser I was met with a fairly slow start and as I continued to crush India stuttering and freezing persisted until it broke down my entire web browser (Chrome).

If this is something on my end, I can't see it because I haven't changed anything driver or software wise in these last few days.
