I actually had to force it to download itself. Otherwise it was just giving me the error many people noticed that day.

Windows 10 is awesome for me, i used XP all the time since they shut down support for it and im in Windows 10 inside program and using it from start i can say that it is good, no complains!

Almost all of the data transmission can be turned off. Settings --> Privacy. Done.
