Strategy Bug

So I am not sure if this is a bug or not, But I picked Naval Commander and for some reason I still have Perfect Defense on.

This is very common, it happens if you switched from perfect defense to naval commander while the game was starting. You will see your strategy as naval commander but everything else will be as if you were playing perfect defense.
