This is true and official thing.
Croatian soldier's uniform has camouflage marks which are showing current Croatian teritory.

Also, this is contigent of Croatian soldiers who gone to Afganistan, but those marks are on every type of Croatian soldier's uniform.

Croatian company that made the uniforms also made uniforms for montenego army, only differnce is that thiers has the shape of montenegro.
