I can't see other people messages.

I don't ignore them, neither block. I can only see one of my friends messages, if i want to talk with other people , i need to talk on private

Someone else was having this issue before as well if I remember correctly. Try a different browser and try switching your language? Maybe it was admins who solved this last time.
