Notification when you get a rep

My idea is when you get a rep from anyone a notification sending by system to your box , like "Deo Volente repped you".

I prefer this over the initial idea. That constant spam of notifications >.<

Then what about a time limit for rep notifications?

What is the purpose of a list though? Why do I need to see the name of every person who has repped me?

You don't need to, but other people would. As supposed to getting notifications, that way you would have to see the name of every person that repped you.
