Hi everyone,

Just a heads up, I'm experimenting with running some ads in the forums. I know we all hate ads, but if we can increase the revenue from this game just a little, it will really help pay for all the things we need to do to get things revitalized around here.

You won't see any ads in the games, and I have no plans to do that at this time. It's only in the forums.

If you're premium you won't see them at all. And by the way, premium membership is on sale now (https://atwar-game.com/premium/)... It's a really good deal.... /End shameless plug.

Understood and accepted. Anything that will help this game earn money and still provide a free almost service is welcomed for sure by everyone

I don't want to be the negative guy who opposes but AtWar is kind of comfort club to many people. Which also means even players who are tired of the game still coming here to hang out. Turning it so inveiledly commercial would bother people. Also I did'nt catch up for years but last time I checked ad profits were minor perk. There has to be better and less harmful ways to do it.

I was sacred for old people to stop logging in. But most of them are premiums anyways then I guess so

Brilliant we told amok to do that for years and he ignored us. I hope it helps, just be careful it doesnt open any flood gates to viruses.

Whatever it takes, to finish Map Editor, which will bring back Aetius and Pyrrhus to make more maps.
