Its should be made 5-7, rank 8s are going to dominate this tournament like last time and the lower ranks wont stand a chance.

I've always thought middle rank tier belonged to 5-7. I assumed a rank 8+ is a high rank. Apparently not, the poll came out as wanting 5-8 and we have to respect that, nothing changes.

Putting players on hold will not work out, its all based on people opinions who should be there and who should not.
if your putting cvajs there then vendetta and racoon should be there in my opinion.

Lets make then tournamet for only rank 8? and let this tournament for 5-7, and maybe rank 8 for players who never play any tipe 3v3 2v2...

Eliminated the old list and added all players to the main list, no one will be on hold. Any rank players from rank 5-8 can join tournament, no matter skill.

► No re walling/wall glitching will be aloud in this tournament. Report anything like that with a screenshot.

? How is seeding being determined? If you need help with either random or SP or wins seeding, let me know.
- I recommend selection by SP or wins or wins per turns etc. This way it is neutral to selection. Take the attribute (f.e. SP) of all members, and rank 1-32 by that attribute.
Random seeding isn't transparent to the community.

Options are
1 plays 17, 2 plays 18 ... 15 plays 31, 16 plays 32
1 plays 32, 2 plays 31 ... 15 plays 18, 16 plays 17
1 plays 2, 3 plays 4 ... 29 plays 30, 31 plays 32

? Do you require other assistance?

If you don't know what it is or how to do it, you shouldn't worry about it. But basically, when you attack someone's wall your unit will just sit outside the wall instead of breaking. Sometimes this is just a bug but other time it's the player exploiting this cheap tactic. They remake the wall with other units so when you attack their wall you attack different units that were moved elsewhere or your unit just sits outside capital like I said before. So, watch out for players doing that to you. Understand?

The website I'm using for the bracket automatically shuffles the seeds so don't worry about it. However, if I need such aid I'll contact you. Thanks!

I understand WF's as placing a unit outside of an enemy (or soon to be enemy) city with the goal of preventing walling. These are permitted, but NOT on the first turn of the match.

Re-walling and glitching is NOT WFing, it is something else.

I'm sure you don't mean that we are not permitted to attack another player's walls?

They're not permitting in the 1st turn in enemy home territory. For example, you can in UKR vs Turkey scenario you can wallfuck Romania or Greece but NOT Istanbul or his capital, Ankara. You can wallfuck neutral countries but not any of the cities he started with or anywhere in the territory of the country he started with. Understand?
