Okay so a big part of the secret is using armenia/georgia, slightly better income and more units. I'm going to keep experimenting to try and throw more in.
I definitely think PD rush beats the Blitz rush, If you can't hold a cap, what is the point in rushing?

Nice attempt, though in none of them I can see the unit that breaks Kiev wall, nor the units that are supposed to wall Greece / Bulgaria / Romania / Serbia

No way you can wall and still get over 100, I am getting 107-ish consistently without walling and cant see a way to get more in without better rolls

Last attempt got moderately good rolls and pulled 7 from georgia, nice 114 clovis

True, but it would be more practical to have a stronger overall defense to hold kiev.
But who cares? this is a cool exercise and I think our Turks are improving because of it.

Okay here's my biggest one at the moment, 113 PD units. (The unit that was moved to Belarus is the unit I'm supposed to use to break Kiev wall T2, you can see it have its range intact). I could had got 114 but was not sure if I would had rangefail the militias.



With a quick eye you can notice the trick pretty easy, I'll suggest to check at:

1) The inf-militia proportion of those who get 90 and those who get 110+
2) Caucasus (as Phoenix already pointed out, thanks and welcome to communism!!).
3) Small cities without reinf (Heraklion? Bosnia? Moldova!!!)
4) Troops movements lines.

Okay enough communism for now. I'll turn into capitalism and let you discover the rest by yourself.

Alright....my first attempt at a challenge like this. And I'm not premium so no extra cities. Can anyone offer any helpful advice for how to do better?

Look at the wall, the wall blocks any chance of you putting a stack anywhere that can move the unit away.

Theres actually 2 spots you can place units that can screw up their milita reaching kiev, you also can place a unit at the waters edge to the right of odessa

There's a counter to this in Silverlight, but not in HTML5! I doubt Turk PD rushes will work as effectively in HTML5 since the zoom out bug isn't as scaled as it is in SL.

Fuck html5 !!!! they did really poor work there ,freaking game is ugly with zoom out and zoom in ...gg
