I agree with Clovis and Jared. I don't see why Khal would not be muted if Jared and Waffel were. Seems pretty straightforward to me. Mute one, mute all, or mute no one at all.

i disagree, i didnt see these globals, but personally i would mute the guy who started the global flamewars ie marcus. knowing waffel he probably started insulting too so id mute him too. id send warnings to any others.

to a mod who only sees in black and white an abuse of global is an abuse of global, but personally id crack down harder on uses of global to insult or flame.

I am going off what I read on here, not assuming stuff because "I know Waffel." It said Khal insulted Waffel. That is what I am going off of. Now, if Acqui saw something different, that is fine. I never said Acqui was corrupt or anything else. I simply stated my opinion based off of what I read. Acqui clarified so all is well anyways.

I muted you (for 15 minutes) for being an all around bitter individual, insistent on attacking my clan whenever the opportunity presents itself. You can call it bias if you like but part of my job as a mod is making subjective judgements about punishments and I will never ignore player history and intent when making those calls.

It was a smart ass remark and you just admitted to overlooking a situation in which players broke the rules. That in itself shows corruption. You can view what I said as an attack against your clan or as a free statement about my disapproval of how your clan treats everyone. But it doesn't take away from your negligence as a mod and your inability to govern without bias.

How about excessive racism and constant harassment? Chill has done this for months in Illyria, I talked to Acqui about it and he said to not worry about it. I talked to Cthulhu and he said that he would talk to acqui about it but nothing seemed to have happen if they even had a conversation. Its situations like these that make me doubt you moderators as a whole. Chill calls Syrian-Force "a dirty-no good arab" and Syrian is offended about it as it as happened before and leaves the clan, what does acqui do? nothing. Now in terms of moding, he might not have to do anything but as the leader of Illyria he shouldn't be allowing that to happen. This is evident in his character as a mod, his friends can be rude to everyone but when someone retaliates against his friends he will rein hell upon them like no one has seen b4

Well, I can't speak for the other mods, but your situation stems from 1 mod. Yet, you judge us as a whole. I am sorry that nothing was done here, I'm taking your word here. But I cannot speak for other mods. I'll let Acqui explain his side first.

Another big problem I have is I cant get low ranks in beginners to play a 3v3 that I make for them to teach them. My alt can sure but it isn't premium (im poor sorry) so its kinda hard to show them

Yes, and we do, or else the admins would have us removed. We discuss community interests in our fora and try to meet the interests of the community the best we can. The admins are very busy with their personal lives, they cannot always be here to make changes or modifications. It's their game, not yours. You are not entitled to anything at all.

How are none of these things happening? What makes you think that? What, because YOUR interests aren't being met? What is your definition of the "community's interests"? The admins recently updated the site to HTML, and they try their best to fix urgent bugs.

What do you propose?

I would have to disagree with you. You wrote:

In my own opinion complaints are very black and white. You have a legitimate complaint, that agrees with other complaints in the community; and you have an unjust complaint that is a deliberate attempt to "troll" mods. (Or anyone in a leadership position)

Maybe you have failed to observe some of these complaints? Perhaps some of the other mods have as well, or do you pay attention to everything? Is it unjust to make a complaint on a forum, and have it talked down by mods because they themselves haven't seen it first hand? If a large portion of the community has, shouldn't it be looked into? Or if it requires that effort, perhaps it is just an unjust complaint.

What sounds absurd is the unequal treatment. You clearly have failed to see this the 4 times ive said it. I am fine with a 15 mute as I broke the rules but you weren't because you are in the same clan as the mod dealing with the incident. I dare you to go on Global and trash Mortal Kombat or evoL when only Acq is online. Nothing will happen I guarantee you.

the default map has a balanced competitive dynamic, moreso eu+ where every country/strat combo has a counter. this cannot be said of any custom maps bar those created in the recent competitive map tourney, and bar maybe tiktoks maps.

i said roleplay players wont learn to economise correctly. and they wont, give them a map where there isnt huge starting funds and ridiculously high income in certain zones and theyll crumble. again stop misinterpreting my posts.

clovis the more you speak the more you reveal your ignorance. competitive play on a map means every country/strat combo has a fair counter. its not "competitive" if i can pick a country thats unbeatable, thats called imbalance. clearly you know nothing.

your last point doesnt make sense, are you telling me you know of some strong scenario players? stick them on a map against any 3v3 player thats also a dueler. a map that neither has played before. wanna place bets on who wins?

Warmachine I do not take your pieces of "evidence" against me seriously in the slightest. Everyone one of those was either said as a joke (and was understood as such), was a copy paste from somewhere else (the mauzer comment), or was completely harmless (the gl omz).

Also in reply to warmashine and other cry babies, guys what makes you the voice of the community?You guys dont even know what you want.First you accuse mods of being too harsh and the next minute you accuse mods of being more laid back.Every week different threads.You forget though, that we asked for this.The community.We asked for mods to be more laid back and be more like us and not so serious all the time, especially when they actually play the game.And may i remind you that very few mods still play the game, not more than the fingers on my hand and you still go on witch hunts.You are not happy with anything.I dont like what you guys are doing AT ALL and i want to make clear that you are NOT the community.You are a very small part of it.
