Maybe it is possible to output those surviving units in the same direction they came in?

That's how it's done in the new version. Hopefully, this will be enough for a while.

I attacked a city with two forces, one was a group of marines on a transport and one was a group of marines on land. When the transport got hit in battle, all the marines died, even those who were never on the transport.

I can't figure this out, I am still getting 7 attack power tanks with tan general strategy. It shows as 8 in the units menu at the top in game (and it shows I am using tan gen in game) It shows as 8 in the cities when I go to buy them BUT it shows as 7 when I actually build the units and then click or hover on them in game, so when I attack in game they have 7 not 8 Ive tried logging in and out and re-selecting tank general strategy to be sure its on

The information that you see in that tooltip is incorrect. It always shows the default values for units. Problem is, it is very difficult to show the actual values in there, because only the server knows these values for each player. So, for example, we can easily show the actual values for the current player in there, but then it would still be incorrect for other player units. In other words, don't worry, your tanks still have 8 attack with tank general, just don't trust the tooltip, for now

The strange thing is that it only looked like this in Jakarta. Or for this opponent. I haven't really tried taking any other of his cities with tanks.

I don't know if its a bug or a new feature of the latest patch. In my last game i made some defense lines around my capital (2-3 rounds before the enemy attacked). Then i got attacked over those defense lines. Is this a feature of 0.93 version? or a bug? Edit: Apparently it still works, don't know what happened last time.

The enemy probably just went around your lines. However, in the Combat phase all movements are shown as direct paths A->B.

58 of my units (almost all tanks) just attacked 53 of his tanks in the open field. My entire stack died and caused no casualties. While this is possible through the laws of probability, the chance is highter that this is a bug.

It looks like the carried troops had sunk together with the transport. I don't see a bug here, if it wasn't anchored or inside a city, of course.

I thought it was anchored - I was trying to move the troops across to Oslo, and had to load them all first (As such). I didn't keep a full screen shot, unfortunatly. Oh well, atleast if it was a bug you recon it is fixed now.

Problem seems not fixed. 20 of my marines attacked a city defended by 8 infantry - no losses to the city, marine stack wiped out. Edit: following this up from what happened just now: 15 marines vs 6 infantry, only 1 infantry killed. Guerilla Warfare strategy is on. Perhaps there's a miscalculation of marine strength under GW strategy?

Ivan I know you're on it already but I'd like to add that when using guerilla warfare had a huge stack of marines lose badly too - I even have lucky marines upgrade

I also have lucky marines. Just now: 130 of his attacl 150 of mine.... he loses 30 and takes my city. Not impossible, and I didn't watch the play in detail, but it may match the earlier win/lose streaking of random number generator freeze.

Also, everyone, please use the in-game bug report feature in addition to posting here. It's for us to know the exact time and place the bug occured. When you submit bug report through the game itself, all the needed data is saved and it's much easier to locate it.

Couldn't find the other ones, unfortunately. Try to use the built-in bug report feature also, right after you've discover the bug. Would be much easier then.
