I just started reading "Capital in the 21st Century" by Thomas Piketty. Even though he is a socialist, it will be interesting to get another point of view.

Catastrophe 1914: Europe Goes to War

Crime & Punishment by Dostoyevski. It's unbearable read purely from an emotional perspective. Really makes you feel uneasy. Highly recommend so far!

Its a truly sad tale. The adventurer never completes his journey and in twist of true irony, he is murdered and eaten by his own lover.

I had to read that book in middle school...

Night? thats a very good book. I also read another book called Prisoner: B-###### (i dont remember the full title with the numbers but its a great book way better then the Anne Frank stuff.
