Cheating or not?

So there was a game called 50k World Map. i joined right after the first turn started. but there was something that i found really strange. a kid that choose USA South managed to take whole usa with all the cities in it in 1 turn. i forgot to save a screenshot from it. but he used nukes to get all that. he made it so there would be only nukes there where he started. and then he sended everything back to his cap the turn after that (see picture).

i told him that it is kinda like cheating. and that he shouldn't do that. but he said that he doesnt care and that he got reported 3 times already, that it is not against the rules he said. so i am wondering if it really is not against the rules. because it seemed a normal world map. so you can do things like this?

here is a ss of the units page. it says at the nukes: Can be accessed in America. Rare units. Can you control the power?

Not cheating... he probably made that map and modified it. This is a rare event, but it is suggested to check the map you're playing at...

As clovis said it ain't cheating just an asshole thing to do, but looking at units screen before you decide to join or not and scrolling around the map quickly looking around can help minimize this sorta thing happening

It is not cheating.
Rare unis were allowed at that game and range of nuke is 100, so he can reach any USA city from USA South. Also, nuke bomb costs 0 and its attack is 150.
That means he can take any city with one nuke bomb.

Map is modified in shitty way, made just for using those nukes.
Dont play that anymore and thats all.

Nukes cant take cities, so he need to add 1 normal unit also. That being said world 50k custom map is the worst map i ever played in my whole atwar life.

I am not playing it again even if they pay me. And they did pay me when i did as a matter of fact, i played this retarded map to win protocoins for Joe and i would never do it again.

Way worst than Rp and Un, not even a comparison and no words to describe how attrocious this map really is.

Its the only map i wholeheartedly wish the map maker who made it, to be ip banned from atwar for ever. Dont ever play it again.

Actually there can be a punishment for the user, depending on what a moderator define as "SP farm". The nukes are op so they probably fall on this definition....
