i dont think thats a possibility doe. Pedestrians walk around to experience earth reality, this gadget is used to experience an alternate reality, a virtual one and as such should/will be practiced in safe spaces.

Philippines is the leading country of people having cellphones (Trust me, you cannot be considered a Filipino if you dont own a cellphone). Also we are considered as the texting capital of the world. We're also the biggest contributor in Social media in the east. Nowadays, a Filipino will spent his/her 3-5 month income in expense of an expensive cellphone such as an iPhone as if it is a necessity (selfie purposes); and I've seen people fly their freaking zones in slums.
