What are Mod power

What could mod do, I just want to know. Could they cheat a game?

Nope, at least not more than any other ordinary player.

Although at first I though it would'be reasonable to know, after COBRA's help abuse case I think that mods powers should'be kept secret. That way is harder for spammers to troll mods.

At glance, you can say that a mod have the tools to moderate the players and nothing else. They don't receive any special power that is meant to help them to win games.

Agreed

They have in game cheat commands but they are careful not to overuse and create suspicion. Mods will never admit it in public though...

They have broadened there powers to interpretation, which means they can interprete what your doing is wrong even if it is not specified in the rules. They also have 0 checks or balances and no one regulates them. So say you run into a mod on there period and end up with a week ban. Well fuck you, they interpreted that you are a criminal and need to be punished.

Secondly most mods don't even play nore have played in years yet there sp keeps increasing. I know mods can give sp safari gave me sp to start a clan before. Aswell they can derank you sun tzu made me rank 8 by request before. example deviL

Generally, rules have been re-written because there are certain players who break rules that moderators wouldn't even conceive of anyone breaking. A player could secretly IP track another player, go to his house, beat him with a bat, and then message the mods and say 'but i didn't break any rules... it doesn't say anything about physical violence." While it hasn't yet reached this extreme, the posting of personal information and ongoing hate/aggressive messaging has become so creative for persistent rule breakers, that it would require hundreds of specific rules for those dozen or so players. Every rule change that has been made recently has been made to clarify things for these dozen or so players.

The vast majority of players don't need rules to tell them how to behave appropriately. So yes, to them the rules may seem excessive.

In fact, the only rule most players need is the one we all see every time we enter the lobby. Every rule on the 'rules page' is to clarify what this means:
