Custom reinforcements for testing

Almost everyone test his expansions a lot of times. If you are trying out an expansion with country of lesser reinforcements it actually takes alot of time because you need to come with an alt account. My suggestion is have a option in advanced tab where we can set default no of reinforcements. So when we are going to test ukraine for duels we will set those reinfs to 30 and when ukr for 3v3's we will set it to 26. This will make testing the stuff easier.

Go code it then, there are bigger problems in atwar than you not wanting to bring in an alt for your little blitz rush expansions.

There is nothing too hard in coding this.

For 1v1 testing its not bad , but testing reins for 3v3s is annoying

Cant wait for this to be implemented in 2030
