[excelsis] Looking for low ranks

I have noticed that many low ranks and non premium players are interested in playing competetive and have been playing my 3v3 games lately. However, most of them don't have premium or in coalitions that are not competively active.

excelsis is now welcoming these people to our clan. We'll be spending this month CW'ing with any low ranks and training and teaching. I'll even be willing to pay for your premium. If you're interested in joining us and playing competetive then message me

Well its weird to request for low ranks that will be trained and paid for prem while previous season you kicked a bunch of them and no trainning.
Ill recommend you to refer whats a low rank for you r0-6? to r9?
