Being Able to Watch Beginner Games

Maybe I lost faith on people in this game, maybe I'm being realistic. Which ever is the case, I wouldn't want to see high ranks disturbing low ranks. Therefor, I'd disable their chat while spectating.

It's worth mentioning that "disturb" is quite a light verb compared to those I've got in mind.
