CW Bug?

Me and Roai lost this cw but its oficially counted as a win for us ?
Is this a glitch or what happened here?

Note: It was scenario cws
capture all enemy cities

¨P.S . Yes its a bug in scenario CW. i made a thread about it in the bug thing. Previous CWs sid was able to fix manualy but the bug remains so hopefuly dave can fix that.
