1-territories when u take over a country's city u cant make any units because u need the capital. this idea is about not needing the capital u can make troops from any city u capture. to make it more fair capturing a city without a capital population and income take more time to get 100% or maybe less income. also the land around the city is the same color as u EX: Brazil south has 2 city's your blue enemy is red u own the city (not capital) and red owns capital when u look at the country the upper have is red but the below part is blue. this is a GAME OPTION 2-continuous reinforcements this is about making troops every turn first 4 turns are normal so it wont confuse players but then it starts. this game option is about having a endless war with players instead of waiting to make troops u can but it mean spending money always. this is a GAME OPTION city reinforcements in normal game = in continuous reinforcements each turn 1-4= 1,1,1,1 5= 1,1,1,2 6= 1,1,2,2 7= 1,2,2,2 8= 2,2,2,2

I actually like your first idea better, i like the whole two colors thing, i think itd be a nice feature but i am not sure if i agree with the rest of the idea of having its money and reinforcements from every city without its capital.

I like the color idea but i don't think its gonna work that way, what about the background gets color of the player that has the capital, and it gets small lines of the color of the player that has cities.

i also said it gets disadvantages like slower pop growth less income
