Glorious news, everyone! Units and cities now have the ability to detect stealth. Detection radius is based on visibility range and is different for land/naval/air units. If a hidden unit is within enemy's detection radius at the beginning of a turn, it will become visible to the enemy and his allies. Next turn, if it's outside the radius, the unit becomes invisible again.

Toggle 'show visibility range' (under the minimap) to see everyone's detecting range.


Also, if a team game reaches the maximum number of turns, the whole team with the highest combined SP wins.

I don't like this. I think it would be best if there was specific units to detect stealth, because it pretty much takes away all advantage of stealth units...

I was thinking the same thing until I realized the range really isnt that far so it doesnt take that much advantage away

Indeed, normal units have rather small detection range. There will be specialized units too

Can you add a notification when your stealth units are detected similar to the notification your opponent receives?

For example, if Guest14502 sees "Stealth unit detected near Berlin" at the start of a turn, I'd like to see, "Your stealth unit near Berlin was detected by Guest14502."

Luckily detecting stealth in the game is nearly impossible when your trying with good units.

Does the city still require a unit in it to detect? because I usually leave units with a defense wall and move the units out (I use GW and Blitzkrieg so militia is useful)
