Map editior water

I want to make water in my custom map, but I don't know how to do that. I searched in other topics and there everyone says that you must make no-go-areas, but the description of no-go-areas says that naval and ground units can't pass or enter this area...

Water is anywhere not covered by an area you draw.

evrything you will draw with boarders are ground ,all other are water ,you cant draw water only ground.
I also recomended you to use borders thickness 0 when you drawing for better boarders,after you finish country just back to borders thickness 1 and save map.:)
